OH&S System - Safety Comes First
AJS has implemented extensive Occupational Health and Safety systems to ensure safe work practices are always observed.
All on site and office staff undergo an OH&S induction and participate in regular training sessions. On site staff members are also issued with a set of AJS safety rules and personal protective clothing; they are required to prepare a safe work method statement for all jobs.
All policies and procedures are fully documented and comply with the letter and spirit of the New South Wales Occupational Health and Safety Act of 2000 and the New South Wales Occupational Health and Safety Regulation 2001.
